Every person we interacted with on the FCC team was easy to work with. Each person up and down the organization is customer-focused. They work collaboratively to solve problems and involve the homeowner in developing solutions to creatively approach the inevitable setbacks inherent in an older building remodel. The frosting on the cake is the entire team is detail-oriented while striving for a perfect finished product. It has been a little over a year since completion and we still comment about the fit and finish of the space. FCC did an amazing job. Not only did we come away with a product we love, but we also came away with friends from FCC. Simply, we had a great build experience. Go with FCC, they are worth every penny you will spend.

We were sold on partnering with Flatirons Construction Company from their thoroughness and attention to detail during the bidding process. Our favorite part of this experience was working with the people who comprise FCC. Every person on the team was dedicated and committed 110% to our project. We were ready to tackle a significant remodel on our home. After interviewing another company as well as Flatirons, we knew Flatirons was the right choice. Superb

Flatirons Construction Company is the people who work there. They are all superb in their areas of expertise and are pleasure to work with. We know Matt Parker as a friend and have seen the quality of work he does, as well as respect his forthright honesty and work ethic.

Our project was the demolition of the dining room, which is part of the open floor plan of the house. They were able to isolate that part to do all the work while we were living in the house and with little impact on our daily lives.

Matt and Steve have a long-term working relationship with all the subcontractors. This allowed an uninterrupted workflow even during a very busy construction period. Everyone involved, including the subcontractors, was a real craftsman in their field and were doing their very best to make this a quality construction project and took real pride in what they were doing. We would certainly recommend them for any construction project without reservation!

I had a great experience working with FCC. We did a mid-sized remodel, on a three-month deadline. They stayed on budget and finished on time. There were multiple people involved on our side, and throughout, the communication was great. Most questions were answered the same day. I had looked into the commercial and residential projects Flatirons Construction Company had worked on and I was confident they could handle both the scope of our project and the subtleties of the details.

All the subcontractors were as glad to be working with Matt as we were.
